Customer Service Executives

We collaborate with the largest houses in the Industry (domestic and multinational), such as Athinaiki Zoopohia, Olympiaki Zoopohia, Coca Cola 3E, Diageo, Nestle, Pernod Ricard, Zagori, etc. We fully leverage our business model in order to ensure the optimal experience for our customers, being the supplier of choice.

We are looking for Customer Service Executives for the Company of the Group KAVA KOULIERIS SA based in Kalamata.

The Role - Description

• Receiving and entering orders – Communication with the customer base and the sales department
• Informing customers about the company's products and supporting sales activities (tele-sales)
• Issuing and checking sales documents and goods movement documents
• Communication with the sales departments and distribution centers regarding customer matters
• Issuing credit notes
• Cash reconciliation
• Supporting the inventory counting process

Required Qualifications:

Desirable Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree desirable)
• At least 2 (two) years of experience in a similar position, preferably in consumer goods companies
• Very good knowledge of English
• Very good computer skills (MSOffice, Internetbrowsers) & familiarity with ERP systems (ideally Entersoft)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Pleasant personality
• A spirit of impeccable service and understanding of customer needs.
• Negotiation and organizational skills.
