Production engineer Supervisor

-Responsible for Review the SOP/WI documents written or updated by the PE-TH team to ensure that the content of these documents complies with the BOM\Sample and product standards.

• Arrange and supervise the PE-TH team to conduct operator training in accordance with the SOP/WI, and fill in the training records.

-Responsible for new model / new project: Line set up, BOM checking / material confirming / manpower planning, process check, machine, fixture / equipment, cycle time estimation, etc.. -Improve the production process and increase its productivity, reduce loss rate from all production processes (Wave+Assy), coordinate with all concerned Section (especially Prod. Dept. and Quality Dept.) for running smoothly -Arrange for the PE-TH team to prepare the maintenance plans for the machines and fixtures, and supervise the PE-TH team to carry out the maintenance as per the plans -Arrange and supervise the PE-TH team to audit the production process of each PI order, ensuring that the actual operations of the production department comply with the SOP/WI and samples.

• Calculate and evaluate the production capacity of each product model, compile and organize the list of product production capacity, and provide it to the PMC and the production department
• Monthly statistics are made on the operational efficiency of each production equipment.
• Daily, Analyze and summarize the records of the repaired NG products. And provide explanations and training to the production department on various NG issues and improvement measures
• Arrange and supervise the PE-TH team to analyze and repair the defective products of the production department, and fill in the repair records

-Get to know the training needs / and compile training plan and follow up the plan to achieve the target -Responsible for all factory facilities, lay-out, electrical supply, water supply, etc.. -5S Management and control -Any jobs assign by production manager

Qualifications: Male or female, age from 25-40 years old Bachelor’s degree in any related fields Strong skill of Leadership and Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill Have knowledge and experience in PCBA or electronics field is a must Strong skill of analytical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skill Be able to solve the issues that happens during production independently English or Chinese skill will be advantaged
