SPV Live Streaming

Job Description Supervise and manage a team of Live Hosts. Create and manage Host schedules, shifts, and daily assignments. Monitor Host performance, attendance, discipline, and productivity. Coach and support Hosts to improve performance. Handle day-to-day issues within the Host team. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth live streaming operations. Ensure Hosts follow brand guidelines, campaign briefs, and operational standards.

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as SPV/Supervisor or in a similar role. Experienced in managing a large team of Live Hosts. Experienced in TikTok Live, Shopee Live, or similar platforms. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work full-time and on-site in Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
