Construction Manager

Your tasks

• Fully direct the execution of the project.
• Convert contractual objectives into concrete execution strategies.
• Direct and coordinate the team assigned to the project.
• Establish operational priorities and ensure compliance with the schedule.
• Maintain control over costs and resources.
• Coordinate Engineering/Project, Procurement, and Construction under the EPC methodology.
• Ensure that the site has drawings, materials, equipment, contractors, and resources in a timely manner.
• Supervise the performance of the Superintendency.
• Direct the functions of Site Administration and Procurement.
• Ensure the functioning of QA/QC and HSE systems.
• Manage risks, constraints, deviations, and changes.
• Timely report to General Management on the status of the project and matters requiring corporate decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 10 years of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 35 and 60 years
• Knowledge: Coordination capacity, Communication, Strategy, Leadership, Construction, Project execution, Site supervision, Project engineering
• Driver's licenses: A
• Availability to travel: Yes
• Availability to relocate: Yes
