If you want to work in a world-leading international high-tech corporation, we can offer an interesting assignment as a Technical Trainer.

Training is one of the final steps when handing over a system to a customer. Therefore, you will have a significant role in a successful result of our delivery to the customer. Training is also included as part of Hägglunds support services after delivery during the support phase.

Your tasks will include, among others:

Analyze training needs. Plan internal and external training assignments. Develop pedagogical training materials. Conduct training. Evaluate training results and suggest further developmental training. Support other departments internally during product development.

About the department

You will belong to the Training & eLearning unit and work in the Training group, which today consists of a Specialist, three Teamleaders, and twelve technical trainers. There, you will serve as the training department's resource within the project groups.

Training is the department within ILS that analyzes, plans, and implements the need for training and training opportunities within each respective project. The core business is to provide training on the company's products and services. The recipients of the training are primarily BAE Systems Hägglunds' customers, and the target groups mainly consist of:

Users, i.e., vehicle crews Vehicle instructors Vehicle technicians Maintenance personnel

Our training assignments take place both within and outside Sweden's borders. Travel is a part of our everyday life.

Who you are

As a person, you are driven and have an interest in solving technical problems. You have a positive attitude, initiative, and are inquisitive and want to perform. You are not afraid to speak in front of a group and want to create good conditions for learning for the customer.

Since many of our assignments are outside Sweden, good communicative ability in speech and writing in English is a requirement. We would like to see that you have experience working with technical products.

Experience working with military vehicles, preferably within technical service, is also meritorious.
