Content Creator

Job Description Malton Couture is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our fashion house in Egypt. The Content Creator will be responsible for filming, photographing, creating, and editing high-quality content that showcases our couture designs, craftsmanship, and the creative process behind each gown. The role will focus heavily on capturing behind-the-scenes moments inside the fashion house and transforming them into engaging, luxury fashion content for Instagram, TikTok, and other digital platforms. Responsibilities include: Film and photograph Malton Couture gowns and new designs.

Create behind-the-scenes content throughout the fashion house.

Document the creation of gowns from the beginning stages through the finished design.

Capture sketching, fabric selection, pattern making, cutting, draping, sewing, embroidery, beading, fittings, and finishing.

Create close-up content showcasing couture details, fabrics, lace, crystals, embroidery, and handwork.

Film designers and team members during the creative and production process.

Create and edit Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form videos.

Develop creative concepts and new content ideas regularly.

Create content around new collections, custom gowns, new designs, and special projects.

Film and photograph completed gowns in a professional and visually appealing way.

Assist with content creation during photoshoots, fittings, fashion shows, campaigns, and special events.

Follow current fashion and social media trends and adapt them to the Malton Couture aesthetic.

Maintain a consistent luxury visual identity across all content.

Organize photos, raw footage, edited videos, and other digital content.

Work closely with the designer and fashion house team to identify important designs, details, and processes to feature.

Consistently look for opportunities to create content throughout the fashion house rather than waiting for individual assignments.

Job Requirements Previous experience in content creation, videography, photography, or social media content.

Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Strong photography and videography skills.

Ability to create professional-quality content using a smartphone and/or professional camera.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories, and short-form video content.

Strong understanding of lighting, composition, angles, framing, and movement.

Creative eye with the ability to recognize and capture visually interesting moments.

Ability to independently develop new content ideas.

Strong attention to detail.

Organized and able to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.

Ability to work collaboratively with designers, seamstresses, embroiderers, models, and other members of the fashion house.

Understanding of luxury branding and the importance of maintaining a consistent visual identity.

Interest in fashion, couture, bridal, and luxury design.

Fashion, bridal, beauty, or luxury content creation experience is preferred.

Knowledge of Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, or similar creative programs is a plus.

Must be based in Egypt and available to work on-site at the Malton Couture fashion house.
