Logistics Executive

Your tasks

Job Objective Ensure that material planning is carried out without risking warehouse supply and the continuity of production processes, as well as avoiding impacts on timely supply to customers.

Key Functions

• Analysis of variations in customer requirements, transmitted in Releases whether in Excel, PDF, or EDI format.
• Coordination of shipments to customers and attention to urgent requirements.

• Updating customer requirements (series and pre-series) in SAP to update production programs.
• Preventing risk situations in the supply of goods or deliveries to customers derived from drastic changes in demand, production capacity problems, or delays in materials in transit for supply.

• Providing feedback to customers regarding the status and shipment of their orders.
• Monitoring the flow of materials and priorities through the supply chain.

• Monitoring the coverage of materials assigned to their planning scope.
• Alerting customers in case of delivery risks as well as proposing recovery plans.

• Updating SAP parameters for new materials that apply to logistics (goods delivery, planning, safety stock, and lead times); does not apply to price updates.
• Supporting the correct execution of engineering changes and break points internally and with customers for Engineering changes or new projects, attempting to avoid obsolete inventories.

• Providing information to suppliers regarding warehouse supply needs through the sending of releases (weekly or monthly) when Supply Planning applies.
• Ensuring coverage of materials required for production, ensuring that shipments from suppliers are made on time according to releases, as well as notifying situations of overconsumption of goods, shipment delays, and/or inventory controversies that risk the supply to production programs where the planned input is impacted.

• Collaborating in the implementation of Lean Manufacturing tools and standardization.
• Analysis of variations in customer requirements, transmitted in Releases whether in Excel, PDF, or EDI format.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade / Industrial Engineering / Business Administration.
