Quotation Executive

Your tasks

Main activities

• Manage open commercial activities with assigned customers, follow up together with the KAM, and close them in a timely and proper manner.

-Analyze the customer RFQ and the technical quotation to perform quotations for new projects and engineering changes, seeking the best pricing strategy to make the project profitable, including cost recovery in engineering changes. -Prepare and send quotations and PBDs for new projects to the KAM or customer (as applicable), engineering changes, service parts, and special requirements. -Update and send new prices due to annual negotiations, including changes in material prices, Hidemarket adjustments, special negotiations, as well as the repair of formats required by the customer. -Prepare and maintain an updated chronology and current price lists. -Generate sales views and keep SAP updated for each current part number with the correct information. -Attend meetings and customer visits regarding commercial topics.

Requirements

-Industrial Engineering - International Trade / graduated -Have 2 years of verifiable previous experience in the automotive industry -Advanced English -Advanced Excel.
