You'll carry approximately 15–36 sessions per week , depending on whether you choose part-time or full-time.

Most clinicians work weekday afternoons and evenings, typically 2–9 PM , with weekend availability a plus.

And with a strong referral flow, you can focus less on finding clients and more on doing the clinical work you were trained to do.

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-informed care to children, adolescents, young adults, and their families through secure telehealth.

Your day-to-day will include:

πŸ’» Providing individual, family, and group therapy

🀝 Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary team

We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about children and families and excited to help us establish a strong clinical presence in Illinois.

You'll need:

Active Illinois license: LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills

Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Comfort with technology and virtual clinical platforms
