Your tasks

Our teams ensure the operation, provision, and maintenance of aircraft and equipment, support for military training, as well as the execution of critical missions serving defense and civil customers: Armée de l’air et de l’espace, Marine nationale, Sécurité civile, Douanes, Gendarmerie nationale, and SAMU héliporté.

As part of the launch of the so-called "MENTOR 2" contract, we are recruiting an HR Manager M/F to support the ramp-up of an entirely new site in Salon-de-Provence: modern fleet, latest-generation simulators, and strong workforce growth.

A true partner to managers, you will manage all HR matters for the site (up to 100 employees).

In this capacity, your main missions will be the following:

• Daily support for managers and teams;
• Recruitment, onboarding, and talent development;
• Administrative management and social compliance;
• Training, performance, and employee engagement;
• Social relations and maintaining a high-quality social climate;
• Cross-functional HR projects, in connection with the group

Requirements

Profile required to hold this position

• Holder of a Master's degree in Human Resources, social law, or equivalent, you have a proven experience of at least 5 years as a generalist HR or HR Manager, ideally in a structured environment;
• Equipped with a solid mastery of social law, you have a taste for field work;
• Your English level is at least professional;
• Possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you are autonomous and pragmatic.
