Oversee the branch’s daily opening and closing procedures within scheduled hours and complete all daily checklist items.

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, branch performance indicators, uniform standards, and professional conduct requirements.

Monitor staff attendance, departure records, and adherence to customer-facing service standards.

Conduct daily morning team meetings to communicate priorities, sales targets, and follow up on previous action items.

Ensure product price cards are accurate and aligned with prices displayed in the RMS system.

Analyze product sales performance against targets and take action to manage slow-moving inventory.

Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally, ensuring issues are fully closed and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Communicate Head Office promotions and updates to branch staff and ensure timely updates to price cards and product displays.

Review customer order handovers following invoice issuance.

Review branch installment orders and Mylo account creation requests before submitting documentation to management.

Coordinate with the Planning Department to arrange the withdrawal of slow-moving inventory.

Review monthly branch inventory counts, including stock levels, fast- and slow-moving products, shortages, and stocktaking discrepancies.

Follow up on the closure of branch merchandise transfer orders.

Coordinate with support departments to resolve branch infrastructure-related issues.

Analyze daily branch sales against previous performance, identify gaps, and address issues affecting target achievement.

Monitor customer delivery fulfillment rates and take corrective action where required.

Review and follow up on daily merchandise withdrawal requests from the branch.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field.

6-10 years of experience in branch management, retail operations, or store management .

Proven experience in managing daily branch operations and supervising staff.

Strong knowledge of sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Experience in monitoring sales targets and analyzing branch performance.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with RMS/ERP systems is a plus.

Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues professionally.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Good command of English.
