Work Schedule: 5-day work week (including 1 weekend)
About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across scheduling, logistics, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate is highly organised, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys problem-solving to keep processes running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee warehouse activities, including stock movement, storage, and order fulfilment.
- Managing and ensuring the smooth unloading of goods from containers into warehouse.
- Ensuring that the warehouse is maintained by the warehousing team and stepping in when necessary.
- Track, monitor, and manage inventory to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Support process improvements to optimise operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners (e.g., logistics providers, vendors) to coordinate deliveries, ensuring that all items are delivered/assembled accordingly.
- Ensure Daily and weekly KPIs of the heavy vehicle fleet and drivers are met.
