Agent / Reservation Agent (M/F)

bnetwork is an international company specializing in accommodation management for major professional events (congresses, trade fairs, festivals...).

Present in Cannes, Barcelona, London, Madrid, Paris, Vienna, and Singapore, we have been supporting the largest European events for over 20 years through our expertise and technological solutions.

Today, we are looking for an Accommodation Project Manager (= hotel reservation agent) for one of our Client departments (Cannes).

Under the supervision of the Department Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing accommodation for a main client (with several interlocutors).
• Preparing tailored proposals and quotes, in connection with our hotel partners.
• Responding to specific client requests and resolving potential issues in coordination with hotels.
• Ensuring payment follow-up and billing coordination.

1. Profile sought

• Bachelor's degree in tourism or hospitality.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Very good general knowledge and excellent writing skills.
• Proficiency in the Windows environment (Word, Excel, Outlook.).
• Dynamism, rigor, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good experience in the field of hotel reservation.
