Head of Logistics - Customs - Warehouse (m/f/d)

We are a small and globally successful team in Oberteuringen-Neuhaus.

Our partners (import and export) are currently in more than 60 countries. The organization of logistics (land / sea / air) as well as the multifaceted customs regulations are an interesting challenge in this position. This also applies to the permanent improvement of storage / packaging / shipping processes.

For this, we offer a permanent full-time position as

Team Leader Shipping - Customs - Logistics (m/f/d)

The tasks:

• Independent organization of logistics partners incl. price negotiations
• Continuous optimization of the transport network (national and international)
• Responsibility for customs processes incl. registration of exports
• Optimization of storage and packaging processes with budget responsibility
• Registration of outbound freight via the respective portals
• Transport damage management
• Active assistance in packaging processes

Your ideal profile:

• Training as a Speditionskaufmann/frau or Logistikfachmann/frau
• Proficient in handling IT and Atlas
• Good English skills (ideally an additional foreign language)
• Rhetorically skilled, assertive
• Team player with initiative and a hands-on mentality (physically resilient)
• Forklift license is available

We live a "flat" hierarchy with a lot of freedom given corresponding responsibility. Our compensation is performance-oriented with stepwise salary development.

We offer a 36.5-hour week: Friday from 12:00 PM is the end of the working day.
