QC Manager - Project/Construction (M/F)

The position:
As part of the development of high-criticality Data Centers projects, we are looking for a Quality Control Manager to lead quality activities on large-scale construction projects.
Reporting to the project management, you will intervene throughout the entire work execution cycle and guarantee the compliance of installations with quality, regulatory, and contractual standards.
Your missions:
- Deploy and monitor the project quality plan (QCP / ITP / QAQC procedures)
- Supervise quality inspections on-site and ensure the compliance of works
- Coordinate QA/QC activities with construction, commissioning teams, and subcontractors
- Manage non-conformities (NCR), corrective actions, and improvement plans
- Participate in client inspections, FAT/SAT, and commissioning phases
- Guarantee documentary traceability and the quality of final work dossiers
- Ensure quality reporting to project teams and management
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and mission critical standards
Profile sought:
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical field
- Significant experience in QA/QC on Data Centers, industrial, or mission critical projects
- Good mastery of MEP / HVAC / Electrical environments
- Site experience and multi-trade coordination
- Knowledge of commissioning processes and construction quality standards
- Professional English required
