The position:

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Boilermaking Manager M/F to support the design, optimization, and manufacturing monitoring of boilermaking equipment intended for industrial installations.

You will act as the interface between project teams, site teams, suppliers, and industrial partners, with the objective of guaranteeing technical compliance, manufacturing quality, and the efficiency of the chosen solutions.

Design and optimization:

• Produce and/or supervise the production of 2D and 3D plans for boilermaking equipment.
• Ensure, in particular, the design of filtration equipment as well as other equipment such as silos, ducts, and boilermaking assemblies.
• Verify the compliance of plans and technical documents before manufacturing.
• Propose design evolutions to facilitate manufacturing, reduce costs, and optimize lead times.

Manufacturing and supplier monitoring:

• Participate in the evaluation and qualification of new suppliers specialized in boilermaking.
• Perform, at the request of project teams, inspections at suppliers during the manufacturing phases.

Profile sought:

Coming from a technical background, you have proven experience in the field of industrial assembly engineering and the manufacturing of boilermaking equipment.

You are comfortable with the issues of design, manufacturing, and assembly of industrial equipment and know how to work at the interface with various stakeholders: design offices, projects, purchasing, suppliers, and sites.

Skills sought:

• Solid knowledge of industrial boilermaking.
• Mastery of 2D/3D design and plan reading.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and assembly constraints.
• Ability to analyze and optimize technical solutions.
• Experience in manufacturing monitoring at suppliers.
• Strong sensitivity to quality, safety, and environmental issues.
• Technical English is essential.
