Project Quality Manager - Data Center (M/F)

The position:

As part of the development of high-criticality Data Center projects, we are looking for a Project Quality Control to manage quality activities on large-scale construction projects.

Reporting to the project management, you will intervene throughout the entire work execution cycle and guarantee the compliance of installations with quality, regulatory, and contractual standards.

We aim to achieve the following objectives:

• Deploy the quality control strategy on construction sites in connection with contractual requirements.
• Supervise the site QC team and organize control plans (ITP - Inspection Test Plan).
• Ensure the management of snags, benchmarks (first of series), and equipment release.
• Coordinate the compilation of the final dossier for each piece of equipment or delivered zone.
• Write project QC documentation and participate in raising awareness among site teams.
• Analyze points raised during QC field visits and propose adequate actions.
• Promote a proactive and participatory quality culture within the construction site.

Profile sought:

• Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in a technical field
• Significant experience in QA/QC on Data Center, industrial, or mission critical projects
• Good mastery of MEP / HVAC / Electrical environments
• Site experience and multi-trade coordination
• Knowledge of commissioning processes and construction quality standards
• Professional English required
