The position:

Your missions:

Understand and analyze complex and multi-technological client contracts, and consolidate technical and financial information Be responsible for ensuring compliance with contractual commitments, schedules, resources, and budgets defined in the project management plan Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to ensure the execution of the solutions defined in client contracts Manage and guarantee the quality of contractual deliverables Negotiate with clients to ensure compliance with commitments, deadlines, and expected margins Identify and manage risks, implement mitigation actions, and improve contract performance Optimize the costs of various internal and external stakeholders Guarantee customer satisfaction objectives, profitability, and compliance with the group's contractual rules Ensure compliance with processes, reporting, confidentiality, and security requirements Integrate and promote the nuclear safety culture in project management Functionally supervise a team of 4 to 8 people per project: technical teams, logistics, documentation, etc.

The role is based in Grenoble (Technopole) and regular international travel is to be expected, ranging from a few days to several weeks.

Profile sought:

Good knowledge of the nuclear environment: standards, qualifications, management systems, and associated requirements Proven experience in project management within a nuclear environment Mastery of contractual management and complex multi-technological projects Ease in negotiation and client relations Leadership, dynamism, and excellent communication skills Autonomy, rigor, and strong analytical skills Solution-oriented mindset and customer satisfaction focus Fluent English

Experience in a nuclear environment is mandatory
