Construction Quality Engineer (M/F)

The position:

As part of an intervention on Data Center construction topics, your missions as an on-site QA/QC Manager:

• Deployment of the QA/QC approach on the project: implementation of the Quality Management Plan on the project, deployment of ITPs, conducting quality walkdowns and room readiness, support for the T&C process (FAT management, equipment receipt on site, L1 & L2 inspections, L3 to L5 support), monitoring of QC documentation, management of punch lists)
• Coordination between lots (CSA, ELEC, HVAC), with the site teams (Works Management, planning, works coordination) and with the client on Quality topics

• Animation of the quality approach on the construction site (quality induction, 15-minute quality briefings, quality displays, quality challenges)
• Performance monitoring, reporting & proactive proposals for improvement

• Planned management of one person (6 months after start)

Profile sought:

Please note that English (reading, writing & speaking) is indispensable. Education: Engineer or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years in Construction Quality (QC) on industrial, energy, or infrastructure projects.

Technical skills:

• Reading and understanding technical plans and diagrams (P&ID, single-line diagrams, section plans).
• Good knowledge of construction and electrical standards.
