The position:
As part of its business development, we are recruiting a TCE Project Manager M/F:
- Simultaneously manage several construction and renovation projects in the tertiary sector
- Ensure the global management of multi-site and multi-technical projects (Tous Corps d'État)
- Coordinate studies and works (CFO/CFA, CVC, GC)
- Manage service providers and suppliers
- Organize and plan the various project phases
- Monitor deadlines, costs, and quality
- Ensure the interface with internal and external stakeholders
- Perform regular reporting to management
Profile sought:
- Engineering degree or Master's degree (Bac+5) in TCE construction management
- Good technical writing skills
- Rigorous, reliable, autonomous, and committed, you know how to take initiative
- Professional English required
