The position:
PROJECT 1 - WWTP "PLANT Process Water Treatment Station"
- Steering the improvement plan of the existing WWTP
- Steering of service providers and subcontractors
- Monitoring the replacement strategy for Biological and Physico-Chemical treatments
- Validation of Correctives proposed by our partners to ensure its proper Operation
- Steering of service providers and subcontractors on site
PROJECT 2 - Reactivation of a washing loop on COS2 Reactor
- Revision of a specification document
- Tender for the replacement of the washing loop in the reactor and piping work to achieve a Purified water supply
- Steering of service providers and subcontractors
PROJECT 3 - Modification of Inox Process piping to allow for improved cleanability of the installation
- Analysis of the mapping of the current installation versus the available PID
- Steering of an ISO Mapping service for the existing piping
- Definition of a URS to integrate the cleanability of the installation (piping slope, scraping system, air drying, Connection to the existing CIP?)
The objective is to lead the implementation of these 3 main projects with the support of the Engineering Project Manager by taking charge of:
- Definition of needs
- Management of Budget and associated CAPEX Orders
- Supplier relations and project monitoring
- Commissioning/delivery of equipment
