The position:

Under the responsibility of the Methods Director:

Business monitoring

• Validate the solutions envisioned by their team
• Propose proven and sustainable or innovative technical solutions in relation to the other poles of the Etudes Techniques/ pricing management
• Validate the realization methods, construction phasing, and the general business schedule
• Ensure technical monitoring in order to improve existing processes
• Assist the Travaux teams with the Maitres d'ouvrage and Maitres d'œuvre
• Be the guarantor of actions in favor of prevention and the environment and the application of quality procedures
• Drive the continuous improvement of their department
• Good knowledge of the formwork part

Organization and control

• Manage a dedicated team of engineers and technicians
• Plan and coordinate the activity of the department and internal/external stakeholders
• Anticipate the adaptation of resources according to the requests of project managers
• Distribute the business to be studied
• Ensure the implementation of the "work monitoring" mission by their team
• Contribute to the development of their department by detecting internal business through their presence and interpersonal skills

Support and development of the team and employees

. Implement all planned HR management and development processes to allow for the skill development of employees and their mobility within the company

Profile sought:

You hold a Bac +5 from an Ecole d'Ingénieur in the field of Génie Civil

You have a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the BTP sector.

Dynamic, organized, and rigorous, your adaptability will allow you to successfully carry out your missions and familiarize yourself with our activity.

Used to challenging field operations staff

Comfortable with digital tools

Proficient in English
