The position:

Our mission consists of supporting Airbus Helicopters in the various activities of its testing department (Defense subjects, so you must be eligible for security clearance): design, installation, and implementation of testing means, execution, and monitoring of tests. A long-standing partner of B-Hive, we have been supporting this entity since October 2019; to date, 3 B-Hive consultants work on-site.

In this context, we are looking to strengthen our Marignane team in commissioning roles:

The test laboratory for the components and sub-assemblies that make up the helicopter is located at its main site in Marignane. The goal is to characterize, determine, and identify constraints, deformations, resistances, and yields. From wind tunnel tests to static and dynamic tests of the rotor, transfer boxes, shafts, connecting rods, fuel circuit components, ?, the tests are very diversified. Our mission is to prepare and implement the client's testing means so that they meet their needs during testing (parameter setting of control software, calibration of measurement channels, actuator control, adjustments?)

Under the responsibility of the site manager, in relation to the design office, the holder will have the following missions:

• Perform the wiring and instrumentation of mechanical test benches
• Calibration of sensors
• Parameter setting of the acquisition software
• Fault finding and troubleshooting
• Reporting information (anomalies, deviations, potential improvements, ?)

Profile sought:

Defense subjects, so you must be eligible for security clearance Technician/Electrician in instrumentation (control of measurement channels, electrical connection) - type DUT / Licence Pro Mesures Physiques ? Génie Electrique - BTS CIRA Required skills:

• Very good knowledge of sensor technologies.
• Good overall technical culture (Mécanique/Hydraulique/Electricité)
• Autonomy in performing the mission mentioned above
• Familiar with the use of computer acquisition systems and/or automation
• Experience in aero wiring and connection is an asset
• Mastery of technical English (documentation is often in English)
