Operations Coordinator
Maintain accurate records, filing systems, and documentation in accordance with company policies and requirements. Plan and coordinate manpower allocation and operational resources based on job requirements and schedules. Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for client requests, coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and effective responses. Support managers in timesheet management and ensure accurate and timely submission of timesheets to HR. Process and manage Delivery Orders (DO), Sales Orders (SO), and Purchase Orders (PO) related to assigned jobs. Update, monitor, and maintain the team’s KPI tracker, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of performance data. Prepare, maintain, and organize ISO-related documentation and provide support during ISO audits. Coordinate meetings, prepare relevant materials, and provide logistical and administrative support as required. Assist with daily administrative and operational activities, including coordination and follow-up with relevant departments. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in administrative, operations, coordination, or logistics roles.
- Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word .
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience with ISO documentation or audit coordination will be an advantage.
