AutoCAD Drafter

(6-Month Contract, Convertible to Permanent)

The AutoCAD Drafter will create and update facility layouts that support manufacturing operations and capacity ramp plans. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and efficient layout solutions.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Manufacturing and Module Engineering teams to identify optimal tool locations balancing efficiency, technical requirements, cost, and space utilization.
• Assess floor space requirements and develop layout plans for scenario studies and capacity expansion projects.
• Ensure on-time layout readiness to support equipment/tool move-ins and production ramp schedules.
• Create, update, and maintain accurate facility, cleanroom, and equipment layout drawings using AutoCAD.
• Maintain drawing revisions, documentation, and layout databases in accordance with engineering standards.

Requirements

• ITE, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Drafting, or a related discipline.
• Intermediate proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to develop and modify technical drawings is a must have.
• Autodesk Certified User (ACU) or Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) in AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organizational skills.
• Experience in cleanroom, semiconductor, manufacturing environments, or tool layout planning is advantageous.
