Continuous Improvement Technician Plastics (M/F)

You will join the Plastics Maintenance department at the Nogent-le-Rotrou production site, which specializes in the manufacture of medical devices in the fields of perfusion and urology. Under the responsibility of the Plastics Workshop and Maintenance Manager, you will notably take charge of the following activities:

Missions and Responsibilities:

Propose, deploy, and monitor continuous improvement projects on the site's presses, molds, and extrusion lines Provide your expertise on quality defects on molded parts Provide support to maintenance technicians and production on failure analyses Analyze feedback from production and maintenance in order to propose improvement areas for the equipment within your scope Participate in the integration of new equipment Ensure the link with suppliers in support of production Provide support for spare parts management within your scope

Professional Skills:

You have a Bac +3 level or equivalent in Plastics or Tooling You have a first proven experience in Plastics Optimization You master the reading of mechanical drawings You have basic knowledge in project management You master problem-solving tools You have an intermediate level of English
