Systems Manager

For a renowned industrial company in the interior of the province of Santa Fe, we are looking for a Systems Manager.

Role Mission:

Strategically lead the Systems area, aligning technology, processes, and business. Accompanying the technological evolution of the company through the implementation of digital solutions, the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence applied to integral management, and the development of initiatives linked to Industria 4.0.

Full-time schedule, On-site / Hybrid Modality

Location: Interior of the province of Santa Fe

Main responsibilities:

• Lead and comprehensively manage the Systems area, defining technological strategy, priorities, and action plans.
• Drive the implementation and evolution of the corporate ERP, ensuring adoption, stability, and continuous improvement.
• Provide integral support to all business areas, consolidating a view of IT as a strategic business partner.
• Define operational plans, management indicators (KPIs), and area operating standards.
• Coordinate teams of specialists.
• Manage technological providers and strategic relationships.
• Actively participate in the management committee and the strategic planning of the company.
• Drive process improvement and organizational change management.
• Promote the incorporation of technologies linked to Industria 4.0, including Artificial Intelligence applied to management processes, data analysis, and productive environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Systems / IT areas.
• Education in Systems, Engineering, Licenciatura, or related careers.
• Experience leading work teams.
• Protagonism in ERP implementation.
• Experience in industrial or productive environments; participation in Artificial Intelligence projects applied to management and operation processes will be valued.
• Knowledge in infrastructure, networks, computer security, and data management.
• Management, planning, organization, and tracking by KPIs capacity.
• Intermediate level English.
• Availability to relocate.
