For an important company in the industrial corridor, we are selecting a Continuous Improvement Analyst to join the OPEX area. This will be a position with transversal scope within the plant, oriented towards identifying opportunities, supporting projects, and generating improvements that impact process efficiency and cost reduction.

Main responsibilities

  • Survey and identify improvement opportunities through the analysis of processes and production, operational, and cost indicators.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement projects, supporting their implementation in different sectors.
  • Analyze and monitor KPIs, actions, and improvement plans.
  • Support teams in the incorporation of new practices, tools, and methodologies.
  • Promote the generation of improvement proposals and provide support in their evaluation and development.
  • Monitor progress and deviations, reporting to the OPEX Leader.

What are we looking for?

  • Advanced student or graduate in Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or similar positions, preferably in the chemical or food industry. (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and Continuous Improvement tools such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM, SMED, Kanban, or similar.
  • Intermediate/advanced English mandatory, to interact with global teams.

Analytical, proactive profiles with initiative will be valued. With good interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships and drive initiatives, even in the face of possible resistance or difficulties.
