Responsibilities and duties

• Monitor and analyze the delivery performance of manufacturers, monitoring orders, deadlines, and information available in SAP;
• Consolidate and analyze operational data, preparing information and indicators to support decision-making in the area;
• Act together with suppliers in monitoring orders, evaluating performance regarding deadlines, quality, costs, and flexibility;
• Issue and update supplier contracts according to the schedule and established conditions;
• Conduct and participate in meetings with internal areas and manufacturers, supporting decisions related to the models to be produced;
• Perform cost analyses for footwear and bags, considering raw materials, components, production processes, and technical feasibility;
• Support cost negotiations with manufacturers, seeking competitiveness without compromising product quality and delivery deadlines;
• Perform product pricing in ZZNet, ensuring the correct insertion and verification of information;
• Promote alignment between Sourcing, factories, and other involved areas, clarifying doubts and directing processes;
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the production chain, contributing to greater efficiency, quality, and competitiveness of the operation.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed or ongoing Higher Education in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Foreign Trade, or related areas;
• Experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement, Costs, or related areas;
• Knowledge in production chain management and relationship with suppliers and manufacturers;
• Mastery of negotiation, costs, and product pricing;
• Mastery of Excel and ERP systems, preferably SAP;
• Intermediate English;
• Analytical capacity, organization, good communication, and negotiation skills.
