Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform weekly replenishment and purchase analysis of Open Stock products, ensuring adequate availability of items.
• Monitor and maintain healthy stock levels in Distribution Centers and stores, ensuring the balance between availability and coverage.
• Develop demand forecasts and direct production planning in partnership with the Sourcing team.
• Follow collection launches through the preparation of the Line Plan, definition of calendar, registration, and pricing of new products.
• Contribute to the structuring of the area, supporting the construction of processes, indicators, and databases related to United States operations.
• Update weekly and for each collection the monitoring reports used by International Operations, ensuring the reliability of information for decision-making.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related areas;
• Previous experience in Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, or related areas, acting in the analysis of sell in, sell out, and inventory indicators;
• Experience with OTB (Open to Buy), collection planning, product replenishment, and inventory management will be considered a differentiator;
• Fluent English (conversation and writing), with availability to participate in interviews and interact with international teams;
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, report construction, and indicator management;
• Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar) will be considered a differentiator;
• Analytical, organized, and data-oriented profile, with excellent communication and negotiation skills to act with different areas of the company.
