Your tasks
As a key member and leader of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects, bring people together, navigate challenges, and turn ambitious ideas into reality. No two days will be the same, and that’s exactly the point. If you’re energized by growth, enjoy solving problems, and want to have a real impact on a growing company, we want to hear from you. We’re not looking for someone who simply manages projects. We’re looking for someone who makes things happen, who combines strong project management fundamentals with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and finds a way forward.
You’ll have real ownership, real responsibility, and a real opportunity to shape how we grow. Things won’t always be perfectly defined, and that’s part of the fun.
You’ll work closely with engineering, operations, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, customers, and leadership to drive projects from concept to completion. You’ll bring structure to complex initiatives, keep teams aligned, identify risks before they become problems, and make sure everyone is moving toward the same goal and timeline.
