Responsibilities and assignments
How your day-to-day will be:
The Crew Member will join the CCO team at our AZULVILLE headquarters, located in Barueri.
- Lead and coordinate projects, ensuring efficient delivery within defined deadlines and scopes, in addition to managing the involved risks.
- Establish and ensure project governance to promote the sustainability and effectiveness of initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate project performance, ensuring that established goals are achieved and adjusting strategies as necessary.
- Coordinate mappings and analyses with the aim of optimizing internal processes, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing innovative solutions that increase efficiency and quality.
- Develop communication strategies aimed at the CCO team, ensuring alignment and engagement with the company's objectives.
- Promote organizational culture through campaigns and initiatives that reinforce the company's values.
Requirements and qualifications
What you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites):
- Degree in exact sciences;
- Intermediate/Advanced English;
- Previous experience in project management;
- Mastery of project management tools;
- Post-graduation or certifications in project management.
