Responsibilities and duties

How your day-to-day will be: The Crew Member will join the Financial Statement team at our headquarters, located in Barueri - SP.

  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and disclosure of individual and consolidated financial statements;
  • Coordinate the preparation of ITR, DFP, explanatory notes, and other regulatory reports;
  • Ensure consistency between financial statements, explanatory notes, and other information disclosed to the market;
  • Act as a technical reference in IFRS, CPC, and CVM standards;
  • Evaluate the accounting impacts of operations, contracts, and relevant corporate events;
  • Coordinate technical discussions with the Independent Audit, following up on audit points and ensuring compliance with schedules;
  • Work together with FP&A and Investor Relations in the analysis and validation of information that supports the disclosure of results;
  • Technically review information coming from the accounting closing, ensuring its adequate presentation in the financial statements;
  • Monitor changes in accounting and regulatory standards, evaluating impacts for the company;
  • Participate in strategic projects, corporate transactions, and complex operations, evaluating accounting impacts and disclosure requirements;
  • Support the strengthening of governance, internal controls, and Financial Reporting processes;
  • Technically coordinate the professionals involved in the financial statements process.

Requirements and qualifications

What you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites):

  • Completed degree in Ciências Contábeis;
  • Active CRC;
  • Solid experience in Financial Statements / Financial Reporting;
  • Solid knowledge of IFRS and CPC;
  • Knowledge of CVM and SEC standards and requirements;
  • Experience with public companies will be a relevant differentiator;
  • Experience with independent audit;
  • Knowledge of consolidation, explanatory notes, and regulatory reports;
  • English.

It will be a differentiator if you have:

  • Experience in large companies or high-complexity environments;
  • Experience with the capital market and Investor Relations;
  • Experience in financial restructurings, debt renegotiations, or corporate reorganizations;
  • Experience in public companies or regulated sectors.
