You will act directly in supporting MCC demands, ensuring the agile and efficient availability of fundamental materials for aircraft maintenance. Your work will contribute significantly to the reliability and operational availability of the fleet, supporting both daily routines and high-criticality situations.Complementary responsibilities:Conduct alignment meetings involving operational areas, logistics, and suppliers, ensuring assertive prioritization of demands. Execute purchasing processes for aeronautical materials, from requisitions to full delivery tracking. Provide logistical support, including carrier follow-up, deadline control, and coordination of urgent shipments (AOG). Request, negotiate, and monitor component removal processes (cannibalization) in alignment with Engineering and Maintenance. Analyze and resolve purchase order discrepancies, working with suppliers and internal areas to ensure accuracy and documentary compliance. Support critical stock control and propose continuous improvements in aeronautical materials processes. Interact with areas such as Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Operations to ensure efficient information flow and fulfillment of fleet needs.Requirements and qualificationsWhat you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites):Completed Higher Education in Business Administration, Logistics, Aeronautical Engineering, or related fields;Office Package at an intermediate level, with a focus on Excel;Previous experience in purchasing, supplies, logistics, or supply chain;Proficiency in English for reading and interpreting simple texts and/or intermediate social conversation;It will be a differential if you have:Knowledge of TRAX;Knowledge of ORACLE Cloud;Previous experience with logistics or AOG operations;Experience with aeronautical Procurement, materials, and components;Familiarity with technical manuals (IPC, AMM, CML).Liked our challenge?
