Responsibilities and duties

How your day-to-day will be: The Crew Member will join the Airport team at our BSB base, located in Brasília/ DF. Perform customer service at check-in, boarding, and disembarking counters. Provide information regarding flights, schedules, procedures, and Azul services. Execute boarding and disembarking procedures, including checking documents and tickets. Support customers with special needs, ensuring inclusive and appropriate service. Operate systems and equipment used in service and baggage handling areas. Comply with operational safety and service norms and procedures. Act in the resolution of adverse situations, seeking fast and effective solutions for the customer. Collaborate with other airport areas to ensure the fluidity of operations.

Requirements and qualifications

What you need to bring in your Luggage (Prerequisites): High school diploma completed; Good verbal and written communication; Basic knowledge of computing and service systems; Availability to work on a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays; Basic English.

It will be a differential if you have: Higher education in progress or completed; Previous experience in customer service or airport operations; Intermediate/advanced English
