Your tasks
As a member of the Ops Team, you will be responsible for maintaining high operational standards across various departments including housekeeping, reception, and facility management. Your duties will encompass overseeing maintenance engineering tasks, managing hotel reservations, and ensuring the smooth functioning of office security and parking services. You will also serve as a Padel Attendant when required, while simultaneously handling administrative duties such as data entry using Microsoft Excel and Word. Collaboration with other staff members is essential to uphold our service quality, requiring you to apply strong customer service skills and effective teamwork in every interaction with guests and colleagues alike.
Requirements
We welcome applications from individuals who hold an SMA or SMK education level and possess between one and three years of relevant work experience. Ideal candidates will demonstrate proficiency in key areas such as Customer Service, Maintenance Engineering, Teamwork, and Microsoft Office Suite applications including Excel and Word. Experience in Hotel Reservations, Hotel Reception, Hotel Management, Administration, Housekeeping, Parking Attendant duties, Office Security, and serving as a Padel Attendant will be highly valued.
