Your tasks
As a Dutch Speaking Credit Controller, you'll be responsible for managing customer accounts and supporting the credit control process for the expanding Dutch operation. Duties will include:
- Managing aged debt and ensuring timely collections
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Resolving account queries efficiently and professionally
- Allocating incoming cash
- Supporting monthly and quarterly reporting activities
- Working closely with both the UK and Dutch teams
- Helping establish and enhance processes as the European operation continues to grow
Requirements
Whether you're a recent graduate looking to kick-start your finance career, someone with administration or customer service experience, or an established Credit Controller seeking a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you. The most important qualities are strong communication skills, a team-focused attitude, and fluency in Dutch.
