Project Manager M/F

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will join a dynamic and creative team. Your integration will be facilitated by a tailored onboarding process built alongside the technical departments. You will lead your Projects around a multidisciplinary team, in various fields (automotive, industry, ..), integrating the different trades of the Company (cutting, plastic injection, assembly).

Your missions:

• Lead the development of new products, interacting with the Client, suppliers, and leading the Project team
• Define, propose, and implement/validate internally the actions required to reach objectives (Quality / Performance / Costs / Deadlines) with the support of the teams and the Company's departments.
• Be the primary contact for the Client, ensuring notably the technical interface and compliance with Client requirements
• Be a driving force in anticipating difficulties (Active participation in AMDEC, internal and external reviews, .)
• Report major facts or difficulties in order to feed the RETEX (Lessons Learned)
• Master the standards and certifications specific to the fields of connectivity and automotive
• Travel to Clients and to Axon' production sites (France and abroad)
• Participate in developments and the search for new technical solutions (Enveloppe SOLEAU, Patent)

The profile sought:

Engineer or Master 2 in mechanics We prioritize your training from an engineering school or a generalist or mechanical Master 2. Your rigor and your appetite for new technologies. Mastery of 3D software (type Solidworks) is a great plus. Your level of English allows you to communicate with our Clients and your foreign colleagues. Your natural sociability will allow you to be appreciated by our Clients and your colleagues and will contribute to the benevolent atmosphere that we wish to promote at Axon' Mechatronics.
