Job Description:

Reporting to the logistics manager, you will participate in managing procurement and subcontracting needs. You will ensure the interface between the accounting, ADV, BE, production, warehouse, platforms, and subsidiary departments. You will be the preferred contact person between our production site in Latvia and our production site based in Quimper.

Your main missions will consist of:

• Applying the quality & environment directives and objectives defined by Management.
• Analyzing and calculating procurement needs and monitoring production schedules.
• Entering purchase and sales orders.
• Managing procurement and subcontracting orders for products in series life.
• Monitoring supplier and subcontractor orders: negotiating deadlines, updating orders.
• Organizing and managing transport.
• Ensuring compliance with delivery deadlines.

Profile sought

• Education level: Bac/ Bac +2 (Logistics)
• English (reading, writing).
• Writing skills (email, letters, etc...)
• IT knowledge: mastery of the Windows environment (Word, Excel...)
• Desired qualities: team spirit, interpersonal skills, sense of organization, and priority management.

Monthly Gross Salary of 2191 euros, B4 classification IDC 3248 Convention collective de la metallurgie. Profit-sharing/participation bonus based on results.
