Project Manager

Full-time, for immediate start

We are expanding our team and are looking for a new, dedicated Project Manager starting immediately. The position is varied and requires the ability to handle interesting customer projects independently and in a solution-oriented manner. A responsible position awaits you with the following tasks and activities:

Your activities

• Independent planning, coordination, management, and execution of projects with an interdisciplinary team in an international environment
• Main contact person for the customer, close cooperation with the entire project management team and various specialist departments
• Planning and coordination of commissioning at national and international customers
• Performance, quality, schedule, and cost control
• Participation in technical project acquisition and project preparation with the Sales-Team
• Ongoing internal and external reporting and documentation (English)

Your profile

• Completed technical and/or economic education (HTL/TU/FH)
• Experience in a comparable position in project management
• Certification (e.g., IPMA Level C) is an advantage
• Experience with agile methods and/or execution of projects with a development component
• Good technical and commercial understanding
• Excellent organizational and communicative skills, a confident appearance
• Team-oriented and structured way of working, flexibility, and resilience
• Interest in aviation and aviation training
• Willingness to travel and business-fluent English in speaking and writing

We offer a salary of at least € 3,500.00 gross on a full-time basis. Depending on specific qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to overpay. Please also state your salary expectations and your earliest possible starting date in your application.
