We are currently looking for an employee in the Support/After Sales area to carry out the commissioning, repairs, and maintenance of flight simulators in-house and at our customers' sites. In this varied position, following a comprehensive induction, your tasks will include:

Your activities:

• Carrying out tests and commissioning on the simulator (in-house and occasionally at customers' sites)
• Troubleshooting and error rectification
• Repair, maintenance, and upkeep activities
• Reporting and documentation
• Carrying out customer training
• Cross-departmental cooperation
• Active participation in the further development of the department
• Taking on on-call duties

Your profile:

• Completed technical training (HTL/TU/FH)
• Experience in a comparable position
• High solution, customer, and service orientation as well as a trouble-shooter mentality
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental activities (technology, development, production)
• Interest in the further development of the department (error databases, analysis and tuning tools)
• Good organizational skills, economic way of thinking, and a professional appearance
• Interest in aviation and aviation training is an advantage
• Willingness to travel and business-fluent English in spoken and written form

A market-conforming salary is offered for this position, which is based on specific qualifications and professional experience and will be determined together with you. We are legally obliged to state a minimum salary according to the collective agreement. The monthly minimum gross salary for this position according to the collective agreement (Metallgewerbe) is at least € 2,727.40. Willingness to overpay depends on experience and qualification.
