The Role
- Teach IB group classes in your subject, breaking complex concepts into clear, logical steps
- Prepare students for their IB exams with structured practice, exam technique and targeted feedback
- Contribute notes, worksheets and model answers to your department's resource bank
- Mentor students through the pressure of the IB Diploma years
- Go the extra mile: follow up with students who are struggling and keep parents in the loop
- Take an active part in our marketing, creating social media content such as study tips, subject explainers and exam walkthroughs
Subjects
We are hiring in three departments. Apply for the one you're strongest in.
- Chemistry: IB HL/SL
- Physics: IB HL/SL
- Mathematics: IB AA HL/SL
- Economics: IB HL/SL
Pay and Schedule
- Fixed base salary plus revenue share: as your classes grow, your pay reflects your impact
- Fixed weekly schedule of 5 or 6 days a week
- Based at our Holland Village centre
Who We Are Looking For
- Fresh graduates welcome, with at least 1 year of tutoring or teaching experience
- Strong IB or A Level results in your subject. IB graduates are preferred, and A Level graduates will be trained to teach IB
- You genuinely want to help students and care about how they do
- A team player who enjoys sharing ideas and building resources together
- Confident and comfortable on camera, and keen to be part of our social media content
- Proactive and energetic, yet humble enough to welcome feedback
- A clear, organised communicator who makes tough topics feel manageable
