Project Manager / Project Management Officer (M/F)

Your role:

Within the Equans Process Solutions division, you will join the performance management department and contribute to the control and performance of our major project management. Projects include the construction of plants in sectors such as biotechnology, microelectronics, electric battery gigafactories, agri-food, and data centers.

As a true expert in planning, progress monitoring, and reporting, you will carry out the following main missions:

• Establish the initial schedule through the scheduling and sequencing of TCE activities,
• Manage and monitor progress within various planning tools,
• Identify and control the critical path, propose optimizations, and follow the action plan,
• Anticipate, track, and analyze variances and their consequences,
• Develop relevant project reporting and ensure information traceability,
• Lead project coordination meetings by implementing suitable tools (Lean Management - LPS).

What You Bring to the Team:

With a Master's degree (Bac+5) from an engineering school, combined with proven experience in the planning and monitoring of large-scale projects, you are recognized for your rigor, pragmatism, agility, and interpersonal skills.

A proactive problem-solver, you know how to defend your ideas while bringing different stakeholders together around the project objectives.

You are familiar with the various trades of the Corps d'Etat Techniques (HVAC, utilities, electricity).

You are proficient in written English and are able to communicate with interlocutors during planning coordination meetings.

IT: Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera is imperative. Proficiency in development tools such as VBA is a plus.
