Job Mission:Manage the corporate investment portfolio for transmission reinforcements and improvements, ensuring the planning, prioritization, governance and optimization of resources to maximize technical, financial and regulatory results. Act in strategic decision-making, monitoring the performance of ventures and promoting the efficiency, compliance and sustainability of the company's investments. Because here, our energy comes from people.Responsibilities and assignmentsWhat you will do:Manage the corporate Portfolio of Programs and Projects in the area of small-scale transmission reinforcements and improvements, investments and strategic initiatives of the company.Coordinate the processes of planning, prioritization, monitoring and review of the Investment Portfolio.Consolidate technical, financial, regulatory and operational information to support executive decision-making.Conduct feasibility analyses, scenarios and investment prioritization.Manage the allocation and optimization of CAPEX resources between Projects and Programs.Monitor the physical-financial performance of ventures, identifying deviations and proposing corrective actions.Structure and track Portfolio performance indicators, ensuring executive visibility of results.Prepare management reports, dashboards and presentations for the Board, Committees and Senior Management.Act in investment governance and in the integrated management of the corporate Portfolio.Coordinate budget planning processes, forecast and investment reviews.Support the definition of implementation, expansion, reinforcement and improvement strategies for assets.Ensure project compliance with regulatory requirements of ANEEL, ONS and other applicable bodies.Conduct Portfolio risk analyses, evaluating financial, regulatory and operational impacts.Act as a technical reference in Portfolio management, Project management and investment planning.Lead digital transformation, analytics and automation initiatives applied to investment management.Support audit, inspection and accountability processes related to the company's investments.Develop methodologies, processes and tools for Portfolio governance and management.Mentor professionals at entry and intermediate levels in the area.Requirements and qualificationsWhat we expect from you:Complete degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering, or related areas.Active CREA.Post-graduate degree or MBA completed in Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Strategy or related areas.Experience in management of Projects or transmission assets in companies in the electricity sector.Knowledge of ONS Grid Procedures.Knowledge of ANEEL regulation applicable to energy transmission.Knowledge of MCPSE, asset unitization and associated regulatory processes.Advanced knowledge in SAP PS.Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Power BI.Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).Knowledge of MS Project.Experience in preparing executive dashboards and management reports.Ability to conduct presentations for senior leadership and executive forums.Intermediate English.It will be a differentiator if you have:PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.Advanced knowledge of SGPMR and SIntegre.Advanced Power BI knowledge with data modeling.Knowledge of Python for data analysis.Knowledge of databases and SQL.Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence applied to investment analysis and Portfolio management.Knowledge of other SAP modules.Experience in implementing corporate PMO.Additional informationWhat you find here: At AXIA Energia, safety is a priority in everything we do and this is reflected in the care for our professionals, inside and outside the workplace.Therefore, we offer a competitive benefits package, designed to support different moments of life and career: Flexible Meal and/or Food VoucherHave more freedom to choose how to use your benefit, according to the rule that best adapts to your routine and needs.
