Responsibilities and assignments

Responsibilities and Assignments:

• Service to analysts, investors, and rating agencies;
• Preparation of material facts, market announcements, and notices to shareholders;
• Monitoring and analysis of the evolution of the shareholder base;
• Support in holding Shareholder Meetings: engagement, projection of results, and disclosure of materials;
• Preparation of releases and quarterly results presentations;
• Preparation of the Formulário de Referência;
• Preparation of institutional presentations and strategic materials to support senior management;
• Management of the Company's Investor Relations website.

Requirements and qualifications

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations in the electricity sector;
• Degree in Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Administração, or Engenharia;
• Solid knowledge in Contabilidade and Finanças;
• Mastery of applicable CVM regulations;
• Advanced level Office Package;
• Fluent English (will be tested)
