Responsibilities and assignments Job Mission Act in the development and structuring of business opportunities in the Energy Transmission segment, contributing to the construction of competitive strategies for participation in ANEEL auctions. The professional will be responsible for performing technical, regulatory, market, and economic-financial analyses, supporting decision-making and the sustainable growth of AXIA Energia's portfolio.
Main Responsibilities • Act in the participation process, always seeking AXIA Energia's competitive levers in transmission auctions promoted by ANEEL. • Perform market studies, competitor benchmarking, and competitiveness analyses to define Bid strategies. • Prepare business cases and economic-financial feasibility analyses for new transmission ventures. • Critically analyze and consolidate CAPEX and OPEX assumptions for the formulation of Bids in Transmission Auctions. • Interact, with critical capacity and by proposing goals, with multidisciplinary areas such as Engineering, Implementation, Regulation, Legal, Environment, Tax, Procurement, and Finance, leading AXIA to competitive offers in Transmission Auctions. • Monitor the regulatory evolution of the electricity sector, assessing impacts and opportunities for the business. • Participate in and critique the multidisciplinary risk assessment in greenfield transmission projects. • Prepare reports, executive presentations, and materials for leadership decision-making. • Monitor transmission expansion plans, studies from EPE, ONS, and other sector bodies, identifying future opportunities. • Monitor the profitability of projects under implementation. • Act in the contracting process of Operation and Maintenance services in projects in the concluding phase.
Requirements and qualifications Mandatory Requirements • Completed Higher Education in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Economics, or related areas. • Previous experience in business development, planning, regulation, market studies, or auctions in the electricity sector. • Knowledge of the energy transmission segment and the dynamics of ANEEL auctions. • Analytical capacity to interpret regulatory, financial, and market scenarios. • Communicative and conciliatory profile. • Advanced mastery of Excel and PowerPoint. • Intermediate English. • Capacity for persuasion and interlocution.
Desirable Requirements • Direct experience in energy transmission auctions. • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or data analysis languages. • Postgraduate degree or specialization in Energy, Finance, Regulation, or Project Management.
