MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

As Store Manager you are responsible for managing an energetic, vibrant team and drive the profitability of your store. You’ll be a hands-on leader who takes accountability and responsibility. While we seek engagement and passion from our members, we in turn offer support from our internal offices (including Creative & Product, People & Culture, Operations & Finance).

The responsibilities of a Store Manager include but are not limited to:

• Drive store profitability, sales targets, and key retail KPIs.
• Attract, recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing team members.
• Support, coach, and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
• Maintain, train, and execute visual merchandising to global brand standards.
• Oversee inventory control, stock flow, and loss prevention.
• Manage store administration, including scheduling, payroll reporting, and daily operational budgets.
• Engage with our Copenhagen community on a daily basis and through brand activations and in-store events.
• Champion Axel Arigato culture, fostering an inclusive, high-energy store environment.
• Collaborate closely with HQ management to ensure consistent, transparent communication.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We seek someone with most of the following:

• Passionate about Axel Arigato products and brand.
• Prior management experience in retail. Experience with high-end retail brands is an advantage.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and strong selling techniques.
• Self-motivated and can take initiative and be open to development.
• Have a humble approach and contribute to a good team spirit.
• Willing to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays) as per business needs.
