AXA holds a leading position in the German industrial and commercial insurance market in the field of Technical Insurance. To strengthen our market position, we are looking for a Specialist Technical Insurance (m/f/d)

• Participation in ensuring profit, revenue, and service targets for Technical Insurance
• Independent further development of line-of-business and product topics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, including through participation and technical leadership in product development projects and participation in the profit-oriented portfolio management process
• Profit- and sales-oriented processing of underwriting decisions following preparation by the branches
• Analysis, evaluation, and comparison of insurance concepts for Technical Insurance and participation in related projects
• Participation in the creation of underwriting guidelines and technical information, conducting technical supervision
• Exchange with product specialists from other lines of business within industrial and commercial insurance, active addressing of interfaces in the industrial customer business, such as Actuarial, Line Controlling, Risk Management
• Participation in projects within the Industrial Customer Business division
• Degree in (Insurance) Business Administration or Engineering, or completed training as a Kaufmann / Kauffrau der Versicherungen und Finanzdienstleistungen with further training as a Fachwirt / Fachwirtin and / or Betriebswirt / Betriebswirtin
• Strong technical understanding, ideally with professional experience in the lines of business of Technical Insurance
• Confidence and strong communication skills in presenting complex products and facts
• Good English language skills
• High teamwork skills and initiative, willingness for further training
• Good PC application skills (MS - Office)
