As Executive Assistant to the Board Operations, you will actively help shape the largest department of AXA in close cooperation with Daniela-Carina Pohl, our COO, and be part of the department's Senior Management Team. Here, a colorful variety of topics awaits you:

What awaits you

  • You independently and actively support the Board Member on strategic issues at both Group and department levels, as well as in day-to-day business
  • In doing so, you hold comprehensive responsibility as an interface between the Board Member Operations and internal and external stakeholders
  • You skillfully contribute to projects in the areas of strategy, process efficiency, and digitalization and also take on (sub-)project management responsibilities
  • You work conceptually, creating presentations and decision templates
  • You help shape the internal and external communication of the COO
  • Your Board Member continuously promotes you with accompanying development measures, and you will be optimally prepared to take on a demanding position within the Group after the end of the Executive Program

What you bring with you

  • You have completed your studies (Master/Diplom/PhD) in the field of economics, management, or business mathematics with excellent results
  • You have at least three years of professional experience, preferably in a corporate environment or in consulting
  • You complement your excellent organizational skills and independent way of working with your quick comprehension and maintain an overview even with complex projects
  • Your presentations and decision templates are impressive: You can prepare complex content in a clear, appealing, and convincing manner
  • With your outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and your communication skills, you inspire in various board meetings
  • You skillfully apply your business-fluent English skills when working with international colleagues of the AXA Group
