What awaits you

• You will take over the functional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the central Non-Life Industrial team
• You will work closely with the decentralized Non-Life Industrial teams at various locations
• Cross-cutting portfolio management of the Non-Life Industrial division is part of your area of responsibility:
• Development of renewal strategies
• Conception and implementation of underwriting guidelines
• Control through financial planning and forecast processes
• Co-design of reinsurance solutions
• You will take responsibility within the framework of underwriting decisions
• You will drive the further development of cross-cutting division and product topics in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders, e.g.
• Further development of the tariff together with the Actuarial department
• Development of Risk Consulting concepts together with the risk engineers
• You are in the lead for actively driving cross-divisional as well as international projects, e.g.
• IT project for the development of a new underwriting platform
• International project for the management of natural hazards
• You will work with various interfaces of the AXA Group
• Education: You have a successfully completed degree in the field of economics, insurance, or a comparable course of study and/or training as an insurance specialist (Versicherungskaufmann)
• Professional qualification: You have sound knowledge and several years of professional experience in the underwriting of non-life or industrial risks at an industrial insurer or broker, or in the field of product management/division management
• Leadership competence: Ideally, you bring leadership experience or experience in taking on responsibility in comparable roles (e.g. project manager or Product Owner)
• Customer and service orientation: You possess a high level of customer orientation and use strategic approaches in the further development of business policy initiatives
• Innovation and change competence: You are enthusiastic about transformation topics and are open to the implementation of agile working techniques as well as a flexible, modern working world
• Stakeholder management: You possess high competence in stakeholder management and proactively ask the right questions to find the best solutions for all parties involved
• Negotiation and communication competence: Your negotiation skills and your likable assertiveness characterize you
• Language skills: Very good English language skills in spoken and written form round off your profile
